Whether your pregnancy is straightforward or requires more specialised monitoring and support, Dr Laura provides individualised care focused on the health and wellbeing of both you and your baby.

Your Pregnancy Care

Private obstetric care with Dr Laura provides continuity throughout your pregnancy, with care tailored to you and your baby at every stage.

Pre-Pregnancy &
Early Pregnancy

Pre-Pregnancy & Early Pregnancy

From planning a pregnancy through to those first important weeks, Dr Laura provides personalised advice and early pregnancy care.

This may include reviewing your medical and pregnancy history, medications and individual risk factors, as well as discussing screening, investigations and what to expect next.

High-Risk
Pregnancy Care

High-Risk Pregnancy Care

Some pregnancies require closer monitoring due to existing health conditions, previous complications or concerns that develop during pregnancy.

Dr Laura is experienced in caring for both low and high-risk pregnancies and will tailor your care to you and your baby, involving other specialists where needed.

Labour & Birth

Labour & Birth

When it’s time to meet your baby, Dr Laura provides specialist care throughout labour and birth.

As birth does not always follow a predictable plan, she will keep you informed, explain recommendations as they arise and involve you in decisions, with a focus on the wellbeing of both you and your baby.

Antenatal Care

Antenatal Care

Regular antenatal appointments allow Dr Laura to follow both your health and your baby’s development throughout pregnancy.

Care includes appropriate screening, investigations and monitoring, with time to discuss symptoms, concerns and what to expect at each stage.

Birth Planning

Birth Planning

As your pregnancy progresses, Dr Laura will talk with you about your preferences for labour and birth, including pain relief, induction, vaginal birth and caesarean birth where relevant.

You’ll have time to ask questions, understand your options and develop a plan that considers what matters to you and the safety of you and your baby.

Postnatal Care

Postnatal Care

Care continues after your baby arrives. Dr Laura will follow up on your physical recovery, discuss your birth experience and address any ongoing concerns.

Your postnatal care can also include conversations about contraception, future pregnancy planning and your ongoing gynaecological health.

Ready when you are

If you have a concern you’d like to discuss, Dr Laura provides a welcoming and respectful environment where you can ask questions, understand your options and feel confident in your care.
